Due to hygiene considerations and the delicate nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled. If you’ve received an item that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please email us at hello@janielmattan.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly include:​

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the item(s) in question​

Please do not send any parcels back before contacting us — we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and guide you through the next steps.

 

If Your Return is Approved:

• You’ll need to ship the item back to us within 7 working days of approval.

• Items must be returned in original condition:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Unscented

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to reject any return if the item does not meet these conditions.

 

Refunds & Store Credits:

• No cash refunds will be provided.

• Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credits, issued via email.

• If your exchange was due to a defect or error on our part, we will reimburse postage costs in store credit.
