For hygiene purposes and for the health & safety of our little ones', we will not be accepting returns and exchanges during the ongoing global pandemic.

  • For orders pertaining to defects or an incorrect/missing order, please drop us an email at within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Please refrain from posting any parcels back to us prior to contacting us via email.

  • Upon approval of your return/exchange request, you will be required to send the product back to us within 7 working days.

  • All item(s) must be in its original condition received (i.e. unscented, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact).

  • We reserve the right to reject any item(s) should it not be in its original condition.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

  • Postage fees incurred for the exchange will be reimbursed to you in the form of store credits.

  • All refunds will be issued as store credits and sent to your e-mail.

Before you proceed, please take some time to read through the conditions and explanations below

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns and Exchanges can only be made for regular priced items purchased from our website.

  • Defective products received.

  • Wrong products received.

  • Wrong size received.

Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Orders purchased using discount codes / store credits (except gift cards).

    • Purchases made using discount codes and/or store credits will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.

  • Sale & Discounted Items.

    • Purchases bought on sale and/or discount will not be eligible for exchange/return

  • Items that have been deliberately damaged.

    • Purchases that have been deliberately damaged will not be eligible for exchange/return

  • Items that have become defective after washing/ironing or mishandling.

  • Items that have been worn/washed.

  • Items without tag intact.

Considerations for Returns:

Requests for return due to the below mentioned reasons will not be classified as a defect.

  • Measurements Differences

    A tolerance of 0.5” to 1” will be inevitable as items are mass-produced. Any issues falling under this category will not be classified as a defect.

  • Printed Products

    Fabric placement for printed items may vary for different pieces. As such, the item will not be classified as a defect.

  • Coloured Products

    Due to different technical specifications of devices, colours may appear different from the item seen on our website and in real life.

  • Deliberate Damages

    Any form of deliberate damages done to the product will not be eligible for exchange/return.

This includes and is not limited to:

  • Stationery marks

  • Food stains

  • Beverage stains

  • Alteration of any forms

Janiel Mattan reserves the right to amend the terms without prior notice.


  • All return mails must be sent back to us via a trackable delivery mode within seven (7) days of approval. (e.g. Singpost’ Registered mail/Singpost’ Smartpac delivery with tracking).

  • Janiel Mattan will not be responsible for any lost mails.

  • Hold onto your tracking slip until we have confirmed that your return parcel has been received by us.

  • We will only be able to process your return credits only after receiving your parcel.

  • We will not accept any returns/exchanges after the above mentioned time frame.
